By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you ("you", "your", "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Services

Written For Her provides personalized fiction in the dark romance genre. Each story is crafted by our creative team based on the personal details and preferences you provide through our questionnaire. Stories are delivered as digital PDF files via email.

All stories are works of fiction created for entertainment purposes only. All characters, events, scenarios, and dialogue are entirely fictional, even when inspired by personal details provided by the customer. Our stories should not be interpreted as factual accounts or endorsements of any behavior described within.

Our products are digital goods. No physical item will be manufactured, shipped, or delivered. You will receive your story exclusively via email in PDF format.

3. Eligibility

Our products contain mature and potentially explicit romantic content. By placing an order, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

We do not knowingly sell to, collect data from, or market to anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has placed an order or submitted personal information, we will cancel the order and delete the associated data promptly.

4. Ordering & Delivery

When you place an order, you will be asked to complete a personalization questionnaire. The information you provide is used exclusively to create your story.

• Standard delivery: Your story will be delivered to the email address associated with your order within 48 business hours, with a maximum of 72 business hours during periods of high demand.
• Express delivery (if selected as an add-on): Your story will be delivered within 24 business hours.

Business hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, excluding US federal holidays.

Delivery times are estimates provided in good faith. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will notify you by email. If we are unable to deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a full refund.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect, misspelled, or inaccessible email address. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder if you have not received your story within the expected timeframe.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment providers. Accepted methods include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available at checkout. We do not store, access, or process your payment card details directly — all payment data is handled by our payment processors in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

The charge on your bank or credit card statement will appear under a discreet business descriptor. It will not reference "Written For Her" or any romance-related terminology.

6. Refunds & Revisions

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once the story has been delivered. However, your satisfaction matters to us.

You may request a free revision or a full refund within 7 days of delivery if:

• The story does not meaningfully reflect the details you provided in the questionnaire.
• The story was not delivered within the maximum stated timeframe and you no longer wish to receive it.
• There is a significant quality defect in the delivered PDF file (corruption, unreadable content, incomplete story).

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction with the storyline direction, provided the story matches the details submitted in the questionnaire.
• Failure to read or open the delivered PDF file.
• Orders where the customer provided incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading questionnaire responses.

To request a revision or refund, contact us at contact@writtenforher.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days and refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

Each story created for you is a unique work produced exclusively for your personal enjoyment. Upon delivery and full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Read and enjoy the story for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share the PDF privately with friends or family as a gift.
• Print the story for personal reading purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the story in any format, whether digital or physical.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the story.
• Use the story or any portion of it for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, content marketing, or derivative works, without express written permission from QV COMP LLC.
• Upload the story to any public platform, file-sharing service, or website.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and code — is the property of QV COMP LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. User-Provided Content

By submitting information through our questionnaire, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to share the information provided.
• The information does not infringe upon the rights, privacy, or dignity of any third party.
• You understand that the information will be used to generate a work of fiction.
• You will not submit content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or designed to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, without refund, if the questionnaire submission contains content that we deem, at our sole discretion, to be illegal, harmful, abusive, or intended to target a real individual without their knowledge or consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Written For Her and QV COMP LLC provide entertainment products only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QV COMP LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against QV COMP LLC.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
