Delivery Policy
100% Digital Delivery
Written For Her is a digital-only product. No physical item will be shipped. Your personalized story is delivered exclusively as a PDF file sent directly to your email address.
There are no shipping costs, customs fees, or handling charges. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.
Delivery Timeframes
We offer two delivery options:
Your personalized story is delivered within 48 business hours of your order being placed, with a maximum of 72 business hours during periods of high demand.
Need your story sooner? Select the Express Delivery option at checkout and receive your story within 24 business hours.
Business hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM EST, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates provided in good faith. In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you by email. If we are unable to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a full refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
How Delivery Works
Here's what to expect after placing your order:
- Step 1 โ Order confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your order and questionnaire details within minutes of checkout.
- Step 2 โ Story creation: Our creative team begins crafting your personalized story based on the details you provided.
- Step 3 โ Delivery: Your completed story is sent as a PDF attachment to the email address associated with your order.
The PDF can be opened on any device โ phone, tablet, computer, or e-reader. No special software is required.
Didn't Receive Your Story?
If you haven't received your story within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps before contacting us:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Email providers sometimes filter automated emails. Look for an email from Written For Her or contact@writtenforher.com.
- Check your promotions tab. If you use Gmail, our delivery email may appear in the Promotions or Updates tab instead of your primary inbox.
- Verify your email address. Ensure the email address you provided at checkout is correct. A common cause of non-delivery is a misspelled email address.
If you've checked all of the above and still haven't received your story, contact us at contact@writtenforher.com with your order number and we'll re-send it immediately.
Email Address Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide a valid, correct, and accessible email address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect, misspelled, or full email inbox.
If you realize you entered the wrong email address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@writtenforher.com with your order number and the correct email address. We will do our best to redirect delivery, but cannot guarantee it if the story has already been sent.
International Delivery
Since our product is delivered digitally via email, we deliver worldwide with no additional cost or delay. Regardless of your location, your story will be delivered within the same timeframes listed above.
